I have seen and been to conferences,  but I have never seen class as what we had on May 29, 2018. I have seen teams, but I have never seen this kind of team before. You joined Engr Uba and I to take the pressure, yet you maintained your attitude and gave us the best ever. I saw a high level of commitment, dedication, and a sense of urgency to duties written in your faces. Our guests Speakers from Kingsley Moghalu down to the rest are still expressing their amazement to what they saw yesterday in this Nazareth called Owerri. All these were possible because you made it happen. Engr Uba is deeply grateful for obliging yourself to make his 48th birthday count. I'm also very grateful to you all for making me a fulfilled LOC Chairman, and I pray for you : Just as you sacrificed your time, talent,  and scarce resources to make May 29 happen, men shall gather to serve you into fulfilling your purpose. As God spoke expressly in Gen 8:22, that "as long as heaven and earth remains, seed, time, and harvest will never cease,  so shall you be embarrassed by your harvests. Many of you shall attend next year's conference with your wives.  So many of you shall sit in the VIP next year. Your brands and products of innovation shall make news before May 29, 2019 in the name of Jesus. This is the beginning of a new YOU.

I also bring you warm greetings from the Co-convener, Dr. Mrs Uloma Uba, the First Lady of leadership and our Mentor's amiable wife. She won't stop smiling and saying 'thank you', and I have in loads for everyone of you.

The journey to Re-inventing our minds does not end here.
My advice:

1. A lot of emphasis is being laid on leadership, but not so much on followership. Just like the depth of the foundation of a house determines how high a building towers into the sky, same way,  your commitment to followership determines how high you rise in the place of leadership.
From what I saw yesterday, and from what I can read from his book,  Professor Moghalu attained all his heights in UN, CBN,  WHO,  and even now that he's running elections because he follows committedly to point that his mentors, like Sanusi, recommends him every other time. Dr. Linus Okorie kneeling down before the Governor of Virginia Beach for blessings is an act of submission.
From what I saw yesterday, I advise that you all commit to followership as much as followership. Engr Uba has set a record in the hearts of these people and I see recommendations happening in the future,  but for only committed sons and daughters.

2. If you have not gone through either the Public Speaking school or the Mentorship school, you are not a committed follower. You have the opportunity to become like some of us very close to him, and rocking his contacts with him. A call to 4 persons or relations who are committed to your success can raise your 40k to participate in these two programs. Ask The Dog Addict, Kachi,  NNAMDI,  and Efe how they have become today since May 29,2017 when they took this decision. There are many opportunities in Africa today but for only sons(followers) who are prepared(mentored). Such opportunities come only by recommendation,  and our Mentor's recommendation quotient is growing daily at a geometric progression.
Hear me, I am not marketing New Era programs to you, you are already a member of the family. I am only marketing a future to you and this is because I care so much and I don't want to go this journey alone. Join us!

Once again, accept Engr Uba's unreserved and undiluted appreciation from the depth of his heart.
